Construction Law and Litigation

We have a long history of representing owners, general contractors, and sub-contractors in construction litigation and other forms of dispute resolution such as mediation and arbitration.

We have represented clients in disputes from the simple, such as a mechanic’s lien on a single-family home, to the complex, such as a significant drainage issue resulting from the development of a community center, excessive humidity and water infiltration in a new high school gymnasium, balcony construction defects in an 86-unit condominium, and unexplained seepage up through the concrete floor of a newly constructed county jail.
