Attorney Elisabeth Fontugne joined Petruccelli, Martin & Haddow in August 2022. Her practice focuses on general liability, insurance defense, and products liability.

Before joining PMH, Ms. Fontugne practiced as a litigation attorney with the largest civil defense firm in Florida. Over the past six years, she has successfully defended hundreds of matters, ranging from nursing home negligence cases to claims brought under the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Ms. Fontugne began her career in 2015 at a small plaintiffs’ employment law firm in Tampa. While attending law school, she was employed full time at the State Attorney’s Office for the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit of Florida. Her articles have appeared in the Journal of Legal Medicine, the International Journal of Risk and Safety in Medicine, and the Journal of Maritime Law and Commerce.
